Adrian has worked at Allied Telesis since 1999. Being a Principal Engineer at Allied Telesis involves acting as the technical leader of a team of engineers working in an area of specialisation. Adrian's job is to keep internal and external customers happy - he is responsible for customer support issues, prioritising important jobs, minimising non-value added tasks, and ensuring that customer issues are handled and resolved in a timely manner. Adrian is also the key contact for our Japanese region (ATKK), and spends time looking after maintenance releases and post-sales support, ensuring that we maintain a good working relationship with them at all time.

Adrian says...

"I first came to Christchurch from Malaysia in 1993, and it is the most beautiful place I ever been to. It has the most beautiful gardens, many places to go, a friendly environment and its a very interesting city with good mixture of people from different background. Christchurch is neither too big nor too small. It has plenty of good restaurants and bars, yet seldom has traffic congestion; the city is organised well and it is easy to drive around. Christchurch is my home. It is where I got my university degrees, where I live and work, and where I met my wife and many good friends.
